Paul Brutger, General Manager
Paul is synonymous with Ciatti's in St. Cloud. As proprietor of the previous Ciatti's location in downtown St. Cloud, Paul developed a reputation for stellar service and incredible food. Paul brings that experience and love of the restaurant business to the new Ciatti's location. You'll often find Paul shaking hands and conversing with guests.
Mark Marthaler, Executive Chef
St. Cloud native, Mark Marthaler has literally cooked his way around the world. Of course, his favorite global stop to cook, learn and eat is Italy. He attended cooking school in Sicily where his love for Italian cuisine and dining with friends developed into a full-blown passion. Before his travels brought him home to St. Cloud and Ciatti’s Ristorante, Chef Mark’s most recent stops included Director of Food and Beverage at Buca di Beppo and Executive Chef at The St. Paul Grille. Look for new ideas coming soon from Mark like Ciatti’s wine dinners and Italian cooking classes.
Cecelia Silva, Service Manager
Cecelia spent several years working in customer service and sales for companies such as US Bank and Tires Plus. In 2003 she first ventured into the restaurant industry, managing a wing delivery restaurant with her husband, Bradley. She was hooked. Cecelia enjoys the interaction with customers and staff as well as the fast-paced environment of the restaurant business.
Trained and experienced in all aspects of the front of house duties in the restaurant, Cecelia especially enjoys developing relationships with her co-workers. With passion for training, you'll often find Cecelia working with co-workers to perfect the art of service the guests experience at Ciattis.
