And, while the name may be associatd with other locations, you’ll only find Ciatti’s Ristorante here in St. Cloud. With local ownership and management, the menu, décor and dining experience are unique to Ciatti’s Ristorante.

Ciatti’s updated menu features your favorites as well as fresh new Italian-inspired creations. Just how fresh are they? Ciatti’s uses no prepackaged or processed food in our kitchen. Watch our chef, Mark Marthaler, and his experienced staff expertly chop, dice, and stir savory herbs and spices with garden-fresh vegetables and hand-selected meats, cheeses, and other ingredients in the open-display kitchen. In fact, we make nearly everything on our menu from scratch daily—from the delicious seasonal soups and hearty “red gravy” to our tangy salad dressings and mouth-watering desserts. Ciatti’s distinctive flavors of Italy will keep you coming back for more.
