Ciatti’s menu features your favorites as well as fresh new Italian-inspired creations. Pasta dishes and entrees are served with our legendary endless salad and breadsticks or our signature “pane di servizio” (bread service) featuring fresh-baked Rosemary Focaccia bread, extra virgin olive oil, Granapadana cheese and cracked pepper. It’s our personal way of whetting your appetite.
Ciatti’s uses no prepackaged or processed food in our kitchen. Watch our Executive Chef, Mark Marthaler, and his experienced staff expertly chop, dice, and stir savory herbs and spices with garden-fresh vegetables and hand-selected meats, cheeses, and other ingredients in the open-display kitchen. In fact, we make nearly everything on our menu from scratch daily—from the delicious seasonal soups and hearty “red gravy” to our tangy salad dressings and mouth-watering desserts.
